A strong PVC roof starts with the right assembly and clean, consistent welding.

Hail King focuses on the details that help a PVC roof last, from the underlying assembly and drainage to clean welds and finished edges.

How we install PVC

The PVC membrane is the visible layer, but the roof beneath it matters just as much. We consider the deck, insulation, attachment, and drainage as one system.

Before defining the scope, we inspect the existing roof and its operating environment. We also check product requirements when grease, oils, coolants, or other chemicals may reach the membrane.

The goal is to recommend PVC when it fits the property, not simply because it is a common commercial roofing option.

Choose PVC for the right roof

Dallas sun, sudden rain, wind, and hail put pressure on the whole roof, not only the membrane. The assembly and perimeter details need to match the building and its exposure.

PVC may deserve a closer look when rooftop grease or chemicals are part of the operating environment. Compatibility still needs to be confirmed for the actual product, exposure, and warranty.

Weld clean, strong seams

A heat-welded seam depends on clean material and the right welding settings. Dirt, moisture, changing temperatures, and rushed work can weaken the connection.

We set the equipment for the day's conditions, make test welds, and check completed seams. Drains, curbs, penetrations, and roof edges receive the same attention as the open field.

01

Prepare the weld

We keep the membrane clean and dry, then confirm the welding setup before production work begins.

02

Join and detail

The crew heat-welds the field seams and completes the approved details at edges, drains, curbs, and penetrations.

03

Probe the seams

Completed welds are checked for openings or skips, and any issue is corrected before handoff.

Protect the finished system

At closeout, we document the completed work and explain what the property team should monitor going forward.

We consider how technicians will reach rooftop equipment after the project is complete. Clear access and regular inspections can help protect the membrane over time.
