Prepare the assembly
We address the approved deck and insulation scope before the membrane goes down.
Your building needs a TPO roof that is installed correctly and built to remain dependable.
Hail King plans the full system, coordinates the work carefully, and checks the finished roof before turning it over to your property team.

We start below the membrane. The deck, insulation, moisture, drainage, penetrations, parapets, and rooftop equipment all affect the right scope.
From there, we define the insulation, membrane, attachment, flashing, and drainage details for the existing building and selected manufacturer.
That keeps the recommendation tied to what the roof actually needs, whether the project calls for replacement, recovery, or a different system.
We also confirm how the roof will be used after installation. Service traffic, equipment replacement, and future tenant work can change where walkways and protective details belong.

★★★★★“The resulting analysis reflected a high level of technical rigor, clear documentation, and well-supported code interpretation.”Lakes Bent Tree · Google review

Dallas weather can change fast. Summers are hot, winters can turn cold, and humid air is common. We choose the insulation, fasteners, and roof edges with those changes in mind.
Dallas also gets about 39 inches of rain each year. Spring storms can bring heavy rain and hail. We pay close attention to drains, welded seams, curbs, and the areas around pipes and rooftop equipment.
TPO arrives in large membrane rolls with insulation, fasteners, and welding equipment. Before delivery, we plan how those materials will reach the roof, where they will be staged, and which areas must stay clear.
We then install the roof in planned sections. This helps the crew protect open areas, adjust to weather changes, and show your team where work will happen each day.

★★★★★“Harrison went the extra mile, communicating and educating throughout the process.”Matthew Smith · Google review

Sheets are joined with heat-welded seams, then detailed around edges, curbs, drains, and penetrations.
Seams and details are checked before the roof is documented and turned over to the property team.
TPO sheets become one roof through their seams and details. We inspect those connections and finish the drains, curbs, penetrations, and edges before the project closes.
Your property team receives a clear record of the completed scope and practical guidance for access, maintenance, and future inspections.
